So, this client has not anymore a “Tester Client level acces” but also he has an “Admin level access”. In the system, there are various admin access levels: > Executive, Health, Care Provider, Tester, and Client. Mike needs to either update the Health Care Provider Access Level, or update the Tester access level In order to get an admin role that has all of the permissions that he needs. > Right now the Health Care Provider has access to the HRA, but not the fitness test, and the Tester has access to the fitness test, but not the HRA. He needs one of these user roles to have access to both the HRA and the fitness test. > I would like to get your opinion about which one would be easier to update and also how much work you think would be > involved. Let me know if you need any more information. 2. As demonstrated in your attachment "Task04_Test03_User_Admin.ppt. I tested our the access for the "lassessment" user. When I logged in, I saw the options for client reports on the left and Lifestart HRA Search and Fitness App links on the right (as depicted on slide 3). When I clicked on the client reports, it took me a screen that only contained the status link (As shown on slide 4). However this page should include the link to the Aggregate Fitness Report which you have just completed. The status report does not apply to the system anymore, so you can just remove it from this page. I believe this is the error you were referring to in your previous e-mail. 3. In this same scenario, on the management page (slide 3), I clicked on the LifeStart HRA Search, and it brought me to the Fitness App link (slide 9), instead of the HRA Participant search (slide 7). In fact the screenshot that you have for slide 7 is actually from another user (Kathryn Krivy), not "Physiologist Lakeway". So it seems it that it's not working properly for you either.
