Chapter Presidents’ Council (CPC) Composition –All Chapter Presidents –Ex-officio non-voting representatives Selects members of the Committee on Directorship (COD) Elects a representative to the AFP Board Forum for networking, feedback, dialogue and identification of issues

Committee on Directorship (COD) Composition of COD – 1 member and alternate elected for each of the 12 districts – 4 ex-officio members – 2 COD Chair appointees Role of COD –Evaluates all nominees for the AFP Board –Creates slate of District and At-large Directors to be elected by the members
