Grace is not legalism, nor a license It is only by grace we can be saved – but it is not by grace only. It is only by faith we can be saved – but it is not by faith only. Contrast between a Law system and a Grace system, Jn. 1:17; Rom. 4:15

Fairy tale of a circle that had a triangular wedge cut out and missing. Circle wanted to be whole – searched… observed flowers and worms...Found the piece – then rolled fast…stopped, left the found piece and rolled slowly away. “In some strange sense we are more whole when we are missing something.”

“There is a wholeness about the person who has come to terms with his limitations, who has been brave enough to let go of his unrealistic dreams and not feel like a failure for doing so…Life is not a spelling bee, where no matter how many words you’ve gotten right, you’re disqualified if you make one mistake.” We can be faithful without being perfect, 1 Jn. 1:7
