They Poured Fire On Us From The Sky One example was when the people from Kenya wouldn’t let outsiders into their country. And this took their right to go to a better country rather than staying in a country that’s in war.

The boys would migrate to different towns to try to get away from the war. They migrated because if they stayed they would die of thirst and hunger. And the soldiers took their right to go to a better place, but they wanted them to stay where they belonged.

The SPLA soldiers wouldn’t always let them migrate, sometimes they didn’t allow them to migrate. If someone tried to escape a refugee camp they would be punished and beat. This took their right to run away to a better place and they would be punished for their actions.

Immigration In The News Arizona Immigration Law – People that are either immigrant or not fear that they could be asked by the police for their green card. They cant walk the street because they might be stopped by the police because of the color of their skin or the way they look.

United States/Mexico Border – Many are dying on their way to the U.S. because they aren’t allowed to come in without papers.

Killing of 14 year old crossing border – On June 6, 2010, a 14 year old boy was shot and killed by border police while he and others tried to cross the border. It is said that the people trying to cross threw rocks at the police which made them shoot back. They threw rocks because they probably didn’t want to go back to their towns. The boys right to go and get a better education and career was stopped by border police. Other than being sent to his town he was killed instead.

How Can We Help We could help by protesting against unfair laws dealing with immigration. We could also help organizations that provide assistance to immigrants, and see that they are all treated with the dignity and respect that all citizens have.
