2  Cells produce waste chemicals.  Cellular waste is removed by your kidneys.  Kidneys make the waste chemicals into urine.  Urine collects in the bladder which disposes of it during urination.  The kidneys clean dead cells, salt and acid that are in are blood flow.  The kidneys are located beside the backbone and below the ribs.  Nephron is the functional unit of the kidney

3  O=C=O is also known as carbon dioxide  This is a drawing Ammonia  Ammonia is toxic  Carbon dioxide mixed with ammonia creates urea.  Ammonia comes from the food we eat.

4  Urea goes through your body.  The urea goes through the renal tube.  In the Renal tube the urea picks up water nutrients and sodium cloride.  the urea needs water so it can turn into urine.  The urine needs nutrients so it can get out of the body during urination.

5  Inside the bladder the urine goes to the ureta.  The ureta can’t hold in the urine  It tells the brain it’s time for urination.  The uretha is the tube the urine passes through during urination.  After urination you feel a lot better

6  Bladder Cancer is mostly found when you see blood in your pee/urine.  It is also found if your doctor finds microscopic blood in your pee/urine.  Bladder Cancer causes urgent urination, pain and weight loss.  Kidney failure occurs when when there is no filtering of your blood.  That leads up to a lot of waste in your body.

7  Your kidneys clean your blood 20-25 times a day.  20%of the blood leaving the left venticle of or your heart goes to your kidneys.  The urine needs nutrients so it can get out of the body during urination.
