The easiest way to highlight your document is to press Ctrl+A. This page is only a picture! To change the spacing you must first highlight your document. Double Spacing This means hold down the control key (Ctrl key) and press A.. Do not let go the Ctrl key until you have pressed the letter A. The Ctrl key is at the bottom left of the keyboard. After you press Ctrl+A your document will be highlighted. Once you have highlighted your document, you can press: Ctrl+2for doublespacing Ctrl+1for singlespacing Ctrl+5for 1.5 spacing Note that 5 is the last digit of 1.5 You can also type Ctrl+0 to leave a big gap everytime you press the Enter key.
