E-waste at MSU  MSU Surplus Store collects e-waste to be recycled –Contact MSU Surplus Store 355-0364 for pickup –Computer media is shredded, hard drives are wiped out with Department of Defense sanctioned software  Program for departments only, but working on expanding service to faculty & staff

16. E-waste at MSU  On average MSU sends 24 pallets every 3-4 months to be recycled  Average equipment per pallet –24 monitors –70 computers –50 printers –Some copiers  Credits back to the department
