Usability Tasks Medium fidelity prototype: Paper Wire Frames 1.Customize chair & add to shopping cart. 2.Check out the item in cart. 3.Register with website during checkout. 4.Track order status via tracking system.

Usability Test Results In the shopping cart section, provide the text which says “shipping cost will be determined later”. In the “review and confirm” page, provide the order summary also with the credit card holder name. In the “register” page, each required text box will be marked (*). In the “enter credit card information” page, provide the card holder name text box. In the “tracking order” page, provide a log-in function and after log-in show the list of order history with the link to each shipping status. When user adds new item to the cart, provide feedback or animation that indicate the item is added into the shopping cart.
