3. WEAKNESS There is no SOP for area of general management of the company like purchases/ managing the affairs of the company. There for efficiency and economy is not done professionally.

4. OPPORTUNITIES The opportunity for enhancement/ implementation of proper administrative procedure exists. If this company adopts professional management tools, it can enhance its image as well as business

5. THREATS This company is operating in a self managed/ non competitive environment, beside their products can easily be manufactured by any incoming enterprise; therefore it will be difficult for the company to sustain the competition in future.
