4 What are the options for viewing a presentation? Normal – most common, used to enter and edit content Slide Sorter – used to change order, apply changes to multiple slides at the same time Slide Show – used to present slideshow full screen Notes Page – seldom used, view slide as how it would look as a page with notes

More text tips Text slides should be brief: – No more than eight words per line. – No more than eight lines per slide. – Fewer words will force an explanation rather than reading slide word for word 14
