Support Services CLC S OFTWARE REQUEST P ROCESS Starts after middle of semester When requesting software, remember: – Your name – Your department – Software titles and versions – Desired CLC locations – Courses that will be using software

Support Services CLC S OFTWARE REQUEST P ROCESS Software MUST meet the following criteria: – If it needs to “check out” a license, then it must be license managed by the license server – The software meets campus security standards – The software has been determined through testing that it does not interfere with other software packages installed on the same machine

EdTech Team G ANDALF S IDIO System Support Analyst Install and maintain presentation technology in centrally scheduled classrooms and CLCs. Including but not limited to: – Projectors and external displays – Smartboards and Sympodiums – Document Cameras – Lectern PCs – AV switchers and controls – Audio systems First response for technical issues in classrooms. Creating and deploying images for the classrooms and “Virtual CLCs”. Evaluating new equipment and software for use in teaching.
