3 The Proposal The Sectors – Health/Dental, Health and Social Care and Childcare/Early Years The Partners – Vocational Training Providers, Sector Employers plus Fairtrain JISC Y&H and Profiles4Care Identify for 3 regions but could cover all 9

4 What produce/develop Workforce Development – Delivering embedded sectorial English and Maths/Employability along with basic occupational training –Led by Employers – real industry scenarios Building capacity and support for High Quality Work Placements Carrying out bespoke Initial Assessments – based on LQF Free online e- resources for learners Free CPD e-resources for employers (with guidance) Multi Purpose

5 Output/Impact Partnership designed e-resources for curriculum and staff support Employer satisfaction/Trainee recruitment and success rates Quality Standard for Work Placement achieved by Providers and Employers Enhanced partnership between Providers and employers ensuring Fitness for Purpose
