2. a) Possible mechanisms and policies to ensure country ownership and leadership - In Thailand, Cambodia, Laos; higher level aware on elimination of malaria. High level committee are also formed related to elimination but less awareness by other ministries - In Myanmar, different levels aware of reduction of malaria burden because of less public health problems but they are less awareness to eliminate this disease from the country although President already committed to eliminate the malaria. - Need to change the perception at higher level by explaining to higher level policy makers to get the strong commitment to eliminate the malaria within the country
