FOOD SAFETY SERIOUSLY, AND TO TAKE PRECAUTIONS AGAINST CONDITIONS THAT MIGHT RESULT IN FOODBORNE ILLNESS, INCLUDING BOTH MONITORING AND SENDING HOME SICK WORKERS
