5 Process/Status Downgraded from enterprise license due to cost restraints and desire to evaluate solution prior to full commitment $25, 000 + support and storage fees to $8000 (includes 1 year support) and IST provided server and storage (initially 3 TB) Software purchased December 2013 Attempted installation in January 2014 LDAT integration problem that required additional license Resolved February 2014
