2. NEW BUSINESS  BMOS Trip will be in Chicago this year!  Still talking with them about the details but they have been planning it through a travel agency. More info to come at the next meeting.

3. NEW BUSINESS  There have been recent issues involving the Grants Fund. We will not be getting it back from main campus due to a miscommunication from last year.  Will be corrected for next year.  Until then King’s Students are encouraged to apply for grants through main campus.

4. Speaker Series  Clara Hughes will be coming November 14 th at 7pm. TELL EVERYONE  The price has been set at $5. This is to ensure we get a big turnout and fill the Kenny Theater.  This event will be going over budget but in the process of applying for a gran from main.  Also the second speaker series will be partnering with Huron and Brecia so this will allow for a more expensive event at a cheaper cost.

5. KINGS BALL  $1,500 Dollar deposit paid to Marconi Club  Nicole, Miranda and Cass have things well under control  Had a meeting with Marconi Club it was brief but very informative. (After they cancelled on us several times)

7. HALLOWEEN HAUNT (SPOOKY)  The Halloween haunt is right around the corner!  Tickets are $35 and we are currently sold out (90 tickets)  Considering option for a 3rd bus.

8. OTHER NEWS  Still waiting on a few receipts from the college but I will keep you updated.  The King’s Debate Society is planning their annual Model UN trip. I would encourage everyone to consider going it will be a great time! (Plus it’s in Montreal AKA party central)
