5. 5 Recaluations: EU-27 UK: NO x, PM10: emission factors revised using new speed-emission factor functions CY: Use of revised emission factors as suggested in the new draft EMEP/EEA Emission Inventory Guidebook SE: NO x, NMVOC: Emissions from off-road vehicles and working machinery has been revised for the whole time series 1990-2006. SE: PM 10, PM 2.5 road abrasion: fraction of vehicle km driven with studded tyres had been corrected. Last year CO: + NO x, NMVOC: +/- SO x : -
