Contract Novation In contract novation, you can move a contract from one provider to another without having to close the contract down. This will carry over all monies, targets, performers, debt, continuations and guarantees associated with that contract, along with their monthly payment. Click one of the options to the left. Contract Setup and Completion Compass has simplified the process for setting up a contract into a seven step ‘setup wizard’. After each section has been completed and you’ve moved on to the next step, you’ll be able to save the contract and complete it at a later date. Click one of the options to the left. Debt Management If one of your contracts has run into debt, you can access the details of this debt amount here. You can manually set up a payment plan for up to 12 months, provided you have another contract where this money can be recovered from. If you don’t set up a manual payment plan, we will recover the debt automatically the following month from any available credit on your contract. Click one of the options to the left.
