Meetings Are a Process The process is: The interaction of people about content The process is inevitably a physical experience 3

Good Meetings Have Objectives The objectives are 1.Specifications of the outcomes of the Process 2.Which means: they are about behaviour change AFTER the the meeting 3.SMART 4

Meeting Design The design of a meeting is a description of what participant X does with content Y at any point of time Z during the meeting. The purpose – of course – is to 1.Make participants work on the reasons 2.Give shape to the process 3.Achieve the objectives 5
