4.  Verbal communication (including crying in children)  Re-evaluate often  Inspect  Foreign body  Fracture of facial bones, mandible, trachea or larynx  GCS < 8, Intubate to protect airway  Glasgow Coma Scale (to be outlined later)

5.  Important to maintain while addressing airway  Do not  Hyperextend  Hyperflex  Rotate

7.  Immobilization device removed for evaluation or treatment  Member of team must hold using inline techniques
