6. The Publisher Newsletter: S tudents create Publisher Newsletter by using six facts from oral presentation and by adding graphics.

7. Research Paper: Students use Writing Process to complete paper Students use 75 Tarzan fact cards from oral presentation and newsletter to write a research paper Students write a works cited page

8. Cumulative Activity: Students are experts in their field of study and are ready for presentation to parents at Open House. The entire 5th grade will make a human timeline with their selected events from 300 years of United States history.
