2 Physical exercise is a bodily activity that develops and maintains physical fitness and overall health. Physical exercise is a bodily activity that develops and maintains physical fitness and overall health.

3 I. By exercising regularly, the body tends to feel young, mobile and healthy. II. Exercise improves brain functioning. III. Exercise also has an effect on peoples behavior and the way they perform at their jobs.

4 I. By exercising regularly, the body tends to feel young, mobile and healthy. A. Exercise is a way to stay healthy and increase a person’s life span; it also reduces the risk of breast, colon and possibly prostate cancers.

5 I. By exercising regularly, the body tends to feel young, mobile and healthy. B. There are 3 types of exercise: Aerobic Exercise Aerobic Exercise Strength Training Strength Training Flexibility Exercises Flexibility Exercises

6 II. Exercise improves brain functioning. A. Advanced blood flow to the brain may be partially responsible or exercise may stimulate the release of chemicals that influence brain cell growth.

8 III. Exercise also has an effect on peoples’ behavior and the way they perform at their jobs. A. People holding leadership positions often ignore their body because they are taking on too much or are stressed.

10 Each day you should try to work in time to exercise, eat healthy, and obtain a sufficient amount of rest.
