Customer Order Process- For the most part our customers will be ordering many items online, so in turn we will show you how this process will essentially help the customer go through ordering and this will help us see if any problems will come up. As far as what type of website we will have we have chosen a product and service based site. Where our customers will be able to review and purchase everything we have to offer. When logging into our site, Type in UserId and Password If you’re an existing user you will be directed to our page If you’re a first time customer then you will be asked to set up a profile with us. After you have done this you will move on to product selection. Once you have found what you like you will enter the ordering process. After reviewing your order and making your payment and shipping options you’ll move onto confirmation. Implementation- Training
Plan Implementation Our company will be using plunge implementation. We believe our new system over powers our old and feel we don’t need the old system at all. We chose this as it fits our business goals and is easy for employees and customers to navigate. Implementation- Training We will be training all employees on the use and maintenance of the system. This will allows customers quick troubleshooting if they call the store or a troubleshooting issue. When all employees are trained on the online processes, account management and log in, they will be certified to teach the system to all newly hired employees. Plan Maintenance Analyze To Properly Maintain our website we will have a few IT specialists that will be looking after everything. The contact us link will make it easy for anyone to ask them questions when problems arise.
