Our company will be using plunge implementation. We believe our new system over powers our old and feel we don’t need the old system at all. We chose this as it fits our business goals and is easy for employees and customers to navigate.
Implementation- Training
We will be training all employees on the use and maintenance of the system. This will allows customers quick troubleshooting if they call the store or a troubleshooting issue.
When all employees are trained on the online processes, account management and log in, they will be certified to teach the system to all newly hired employees.
