Step 3: Customising the template Customize/populate the template so that it describes pastoral practice in your school Remember to refer to your School Development Plan to ensure that any statements you make are in line with those which you have already used to summarise and evaluate pastoral care arrangements (set out in sections 2 and 3 of the SDP). Step 4: Consulting with stakeholders How will you and the Governors consult with parents about the revised policy? How will you and the Governors consult with pupils about the policy e.g. the Pastoral Promises?
