8. WHM – remit A Countywide Primary Care Mental Health Service; People aged 16 and over; Experiencing common mental health problems e.g. stress, low mood and anxiety; Provide a range of information, interventions and therapy, both 1:1 and in a group format; Aim to help people improve their mental wellbeing through a range of support. All clinicians are professionally trained, registered and are receiving regular supervision.
