Go to Start >> Programs >> Outlook Express ( as shown)

Then go to accounts option under tools menu

Select Mail Option and click on Add mail account

A window will open and enter the display name

Enter email id which you have to configure in Outlook

Enter the POP and SMTP server name for which will be provided by either your Mail Domain Controller or Network Administrator

Enter your account name/username of email id and password

Now click on finish

After that a window will open as shown here

Now click on properties

Go to advance option and enter your SMTP And Pop port and after that click on OK button and now account is properly configured in outlook and we can check this by sending /receiving mails.
