Confidential RAC Approach: Support, Capacity Building, Sustainability, Shared Accountability 17 RAC staff are equally accountable for school success Seven-week cycle is used to report on progress against goals Shared Accountability RAC teams spend 90% of time in Priority and Focus Schools RAC teams partner with school leaders to build school-level capacity in Focus Schools Capacity building RACs work with Schools to align Title I and/or district funds with School Improvement Plans Focus Schools receive RAC support for two years at a minimum Sustainability Identify Schools Assess Needs Implement targeted interventions aligned to proven turnaround principles Support Process
