How and When to Confirm Time Sheet The time sheet will be locked at 11pm of the last day of the month. If the timesheet is locked, it will show grey. The hours cannot be confirmed. Please see the screenshot below. Pleas make sure to confirm all the time sheet before the deadline. The user access to the “PM Confirm Timesheet” page. SERP -> PM Confirm Timesheet Query the Timesheets using the following parameters. Year Month State: Submitted AM/PM examine the timesheets, and then click Confirm button © Pactera. Confidential. New Project When we receive the following e-mail from SERPSupport, a new project is created in SERP and waiting for you to start it. PM Project Management -> PM Develop Project List - > Project Status: Assigned Click Start Project to start it on the project start day © Pactera. Confidential. All Rights Reserved.6

Add Team Members – 1 Click and highlight (green) the project listed in the PM Develop Project list -> Click Project team manage, the Project Team Management page will show up. Click “Add new member” page, enter the employee name to search for the resource for the project (need to complete the enter Date and Quit Date in order to add the resource in the project) © Pactera. Add Team Members - 2 Once finding the right person, click Join XXX to add the new member into the project. Some time the employee will express that there is no project under their name in SERP. It is because the employee is not added into any project in the system. Once the new member (employee) is added into the project, he will see the project when he logs into SERP system. © Pactera. Reimbursement - 1 PA -> Personal Operation -> Disbursement List – Click Create You can search for the expenses you have saved or submitted by changing Year and Month © Pactera. Confidential. All Rights Reserved.10
