Emory University (PI: Prof Scott McNabb) Primary CDC Grantee for a 5year CoAg : Emory Partnerships for Global Health security Training High level coordination of all partners including leading weekly conference calls & physical meetings Liaises with CDC FETP branch for course materials & Technical support Prepares all participants and facilitator materials Takes part in facilitating didactic sessions of the program Participates in course evaluations & reporting 9

African Field Epidemiology Network Subcontracted by Emory University to implement the basic FETP in Liberia Works with MoH Liberia & Emory University to identify & invite trainees for the program Identifies & hires trainers/ field mentors Participates in facilitation of didactics, Field Mentorship & evaluations Procures all logistics and services for didactics and field mentorship (Stationery, meals, Incidental expenses, transport refunds and vehicles for field mentorship) 10

Ministry of Health- Liberia Hosts program ( Office space & training rooms) Spearheads program activities (Face of the Program in country)- Communications Identifies & invites trainees for the program Guides on best practices for sustainability Orients and sets ground rules for trainees Takes part in the in class and field trainings Receives weekly updates/trainee reports 11
