SPP Internal Readiness Key Notes Before We Get Started: –Focus of the SPP Internal Readiness plan is on Staff Readiness. –System readiness and Market Participant Readiness are covered under other plans. 4

Current Status: SPP Internal Readiness – Feb 11 th Scorecard 5 The Internal Readiness Status for SPP is currently green. Internal readiness activities in each department are currently on track. NS indicates the related Readiness activities have not started. N/A indicates the readiness area is not applicable. Blue (B) indicates activities for a readiness area are complete.

Calculate SPP Overall Status Department Influence High Influence: Readiness Activities are highly critical to the success of Integrated Marketplace. Delayed readiness activities will have an impact on SPP’s ability to conduct market trials and Go-Live. Medium Influence: Readiness Activities will impact the success of Integrated Marketplace. Delayed readiness activities may increase implementation risk. Low Influence: Readiness Activities are not expected to impact the success of Integrated Marketplace. The SPP Overall Internal Status weighs departments differently based on the criticality of a department’s readiness activities for the success of the Integrated Marketplace Go-Live. 6
