2.  Allows you to process a credit bureau swap directly from the applicant’s scorecard when the results come back ‘fail’ or ‘conditional’ due to frozen, blocked or thin (no record/no tradelines) files.  Superusers automatically have this right and are able to give this right to other users by creating or editing Custom Roles in Central. 2RealPage Inc.

5. 5 After assigning this right, the user will see the ‘Change Bureaus’ option on the applicant’s scorecard when the results come back as ‘fail’ for frozen files or ‘conditional’ for thin files.

6. 6RealPage Inc.  Select ‘Change Bureaus’ and a drop down will appear, select a reason, such as:  Consumer has contacted bureau. First swap attempt.  Lift request sent to bureau. First bureau swap attempt.  File never frozen by consumer. First bureau swap attempt.  After the reason is selected, select ‘OK’ and the Screening process will continue as normal providing you results for your applicant within 20 to 30 seconds.
