MACo desire for termination or suspension MUST PROVIDE DUE PROCESS LETTER TO EMPLOYEE Letter: States what employee did wrong What rule/policy was violated What investigation was done by employer What discipline employer is thinking of imposing Asks employee to respond and explain (in writing or in person) Provides time frame for response from employee Take what employee says into consideration BEFORE making final decision May decide to suspend vs. terminate DUE PROCESS
