AMER Mission The National Contact Center «AMER» is established to serve the Saudi Society and Visitors through providing support and respond to inquiries regarding e-Government services and transactions provided by subscribed government agencies, in accordance with modern communication methods and up to the highest service quality standards.

Prompt response to queries relating to e-Government issues through multiple channels. Providing solutions and response to individual customers, businesses and visitors through various communication channels. Facilitating processes of searching and e-communication with individuals and organizations. Improving response time by subscribed government agencies particularly in emergency and critical situations. Gaining more skills and knowledge and keeping up with the progress in IT area for the benefits of the existing and future phases. Reducing load on main subscribed service providers. AMER Objectives
