Dill sauce ingredients 3 tablespoons sour creme 500 ml beef broth 3 tablespoons butter fruit vinegar 2 tablespoons flour whipping creme 200 ml whole milk 100 ml 1 bunch dill

The method of preparation recipe: Wash the dill, and dry it, cut it in small pieces. Heat some butter in a pot, put the flour into it fry it untill it is brown pink. Pour some water into the roux(=butter+flour) boil it for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the dill and a little milk and boil the sauce. Put the vinegar, salt and then mix in cream to season the dill sauce. Ready dill sauce is served with beef or egg, and as an attachment we can use dumplings or potatoes.

Potato pancakes Potato cakes - traditional food of most of the Slavic and Germanic people and the Hungarians, who are preparing a thin layer of batter frying a finely shredded raw potatoes, flour, eggs, garlic, salt and marjoram, or milk and other spices in fat. It is warm, alone or with cabbage and smoked meat, like pork packing or lumps.

Strawberry Dumplings These are dumplings made from potato dough, filled with strawberries or other fruit (plums, apricots). ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
