Customers Suck- Learn to deal with it Customers are Fickle- Why should they shop with you? What can you offer better then a cheaper price? Small sells better- We sell $12 screw kits, and make $9 each. We also sell $1,200 paintball markers, and make only $45 Coupons = Love- We offer 25% store Christmas day, to evaluate coupon strength. Don’t compete, Out perform- Customers will pay more, for better. When all else fails, remember…
