Case Study 1: Sustainability at Tate New Tate Modern building, St Ives phase 2 – Increase footprint of TM by 60% in area – 72% energy saving and 73% carbon emissions over the existing Tate. 338 PV panels installed on TM roof – Annual energy yield, 68,530kWh – Annual revenue: approx. £7K, capital cost £100k Other projects
