2 THE DISCIPLES They were to witness to the fact that Jesus was alive and with them now. Not in person, as a visible presence they could point to, but living in their hearts, changing and transforming their lives.

3 SO WHAT DOES IT MEAN FOR US TO WITNESS? Witnessing is about honestly and naturally sharing the truth that Jesus is alive. And for most, if not all of us, that's more about the way we live our life, than the words we say.

4 Special power is essential for an expanding witness to Christ.

6 WHAT THE POWER PRODUCES 1. Deep conviction- 1 Thessalonians 1:5 2. Self-Denying Courage and Boldness- Acts 4:31 3. Convincing Wisdom- Acts 6:5 4. Converting Effectiveness- Luke 1:15- 17, Acts 11:24

7 EXPANDING CIRCLES OF MISSION FIELD Jerusalem: Family, Relatives Judea: Close Friends Samaria: Acquaintances and to the Ends of the Earth: Whoever you meet in the street, school, office, market. etc.
