Facts & Figures: JHC Total number of buildings: 20 Total number of units under management: 2406 Total number of units under construction: 400 By February 2006 JHC will home approximately 8000 tenants in 3000 units within the Johannesburg inner city. JHC will have added 8% to the housing stock over a 10 year period.
