4 I-9 Signature Date After Hire Date Hire Date Cannot be Modified if the I-9 Employee Sign Date is After the Hire Date

5 Employee’s Actual Start Date Delayed I-9 Start Date May be Changed if the Actual Start Date is Delayed A Message will Appear to Immediately Contact Systems Control

6 I-9 Non-Compliance

7 Late I-9 Submission Non-Compliance Acknowledgement

8 Academic Faculty & Graduate Asst/Assoc Contract Rate Adjustments will Continue Hire Date will be Equivalent to I-9 Employee Sign Date
