This is the pressure point that is activated by those ‘Sea Sickness’ or ‘Motion Sickness’ bands. The point is wonderfully useful for calming Motion Sickness. Also, useful to reduce stress. In order to work effectively you need to press and hold the point for at least 2 minutes. Location: inside of the wrist 3 fingers up from the palm. 4/26/2017 Glenn Grossman, L.Ac.

5 He Gu •  Union Valley - LI 4 Master Point for the Face – treats everything from the ears forward, i.e. nose, eyes, teeth, frontal headache Location: Between the Thumb and Index Finger in the Middle of the 2nd Metacarpal. 6 San Yin Jiao • Three Yin Intersection -SP6
Meeting Point on the Spleen Channel with the Liver and Kidney Channels. Use to Strengthen the Body and Relieve Pain. Same benefit as a foot massage and back rub all from pressing one point.
