Performance Management Objectives
Identify and apply effective antecedents to performer behavior. Identify and apply effective consequences to performer behavior. Conduct A-B-C analysis on any pinpointed problem performance.

Performance Management Objectives
Deliver reinforcement of desired performance in a timely, specific, and personal manner. Correct unwanted performance by confronting in a timely, specific and personal manner. Manage feedback on performance through measuring, counting, judging, and visualizing data.

Distinguish between behavior and results in setting and achieving goals. Establish a Performance Improvement Plan for an individual or group and manage that plan through goal achievement. Apply Performance Management principles and practices to life and work. Enjoy the entire learning process.

Interpersonal Needs Included Everyone needs to feel included in what is going on, to be a part of, not apart from. Empowered Everyone needs to feel that he/she has some control over what is happening to him/her. Respected Everyone needs to feel that he/she is worthy of the respect of others, especially those significant/important to him/her.
