The ECTN and the ‘Tuning’ Project To aid the development of the European Higher Education Area Transparency - rather than uniformity – to facilitate international comparison and equivalency, but maintain diversity Give learners a real choice in their chemical education, but within a common framework – the Chemistry Eurobachelor

CHEMISTRY EUROBACHELOR Opening access to the European labour market Opening access to the MSc level (with a change of institution and/or country) A degree recognised by other European Institutions as being of a standard equivalent to their own and which will provide automatic right to access (though not automatic right to admission) to second cycle studies

7. AUTONOMY AND QUALITY Each Institution providing Eurobachelor degree programmes in Chemistry is completely free to decide on the content, nature and organisation of the courses or modules. Eurobachelor approved by EuCheMS (FECS) in October 2003 Programme of 180 ECTS credits, based on outcomes
