10. Emthanjeni hydroponic Project – De Aar, Northern Cape  On 14 September 2012 Caryki Consulting CC was appointed as a MASTER mentor for the Emthanjeni Hydroponics Project.  On 5 October 2012 a letter of intent was received from Freshmark by the project.  Project value – R10 million; 10 permanent jobs created.
