BUILDING STRONG ® PORTLAND DISTRICT 5 Fishways Oiling could lead to fish avoidance. Fishways have permanent boom installed. Shutting down the fishway will impact Spring Chinook, Steelhead, and Lamprey.

Flow modification from Spill to Power Generation ► May improve capability of holding oil upriver of Bonneville. ► Endangered Species Impacts? ► Spill is mandated by Biological Opinion. River flow modification for response.
