SATCA will send a letter from the organizing committee stating the purpose of your visit, duration of stay, and references in Sudan.

5. Visa: * For countries haven't Sudanese Diplomatic Missions: Counter visa will be available upon arrival, please submit a copy of passport for the for the invitation letter. Fees $100 in cash (no credit cards). Transportation: SATCA provides transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the meeting room.
