Understand that extroverts can process ideas while talking. Educate extroverted colleagues about what you wish they would know about you. It’s not that we don’t care…it’s that we don’t know!

Think of a colleague who operates differently than you. How will what you have learned today help you work more effectively with that person? Think of a student you have advised who operates differently than you. What will you try next time you meet with that student? Think of one practice at your office that seems introvert- unfriendly. What changes might make it friendly to all?
