Iron-Clad Leader 90-100 Top Leader; Should be mentoring and developing other leaders

Iron-Fortified Leader 80-89 Strong Leader; With continued growth will become an iron-clad leader; should be mentoring other leaders

Iron-Enriched Leader 70-79 Rising Leader; This person should have opportunities to lead and mentor others

Iron-Supplement 60-69 Has leadership potential; This person should be assigned a mentor for growth

Iron-Deficient 0-59 Is not prepared for leadership responsibility; Needs substantial training to grow and develop
