CLOSING REMARKS The most important law of leadership that a leader must possess to be successful is “The Law of Influence” – Influencing is a key feature of leadership that is performed through communication, decision making and motivation. The second most important law of leadership that a leader must utilize to be effective is “The Law of Priorities” – Prioritization allows the leader to focus on what is most important and what gives personal and professional life meaning.
