Transition All agencies will be transitioned to the new US Bank, TSYS system/Access Online The transition schedule is located on the CAL- Card website US Bank will contact your agency 30 days prior to your transition date Agencies will be issued new cards

Leveraged Procurement Agreements Complete all required documentation when using an LPA Use the CAL-Card as a payment mechanism Using the CAL-Card for LPAs will increase your average transaction and volume sales rebates

New Contract Benefits Access Online Program –Agencies may download all billing documents the day after cycle date; increasing potential for higher Prompt Payment Rebate Rebates –Prompt Payment through 45 th day from cycle date –Average Transaction –Volume Sales Rebates are calculated quarterly and paid by the 50 th day from quarter end date

Rebates to Agencies Rebates earned for quarter January 1, 2007 to March 31, 2007: –Average Transaction--$326,121 –Volume Sales--$513,844 –Prompt Payment--$66,392.00 Total rebates paid to agencies--$906,357

CAL-Card Website www.pd.dgs.ca.gov/calcard Provides the most current CAL-Card program information Valuable tool for program management “Bulletin Board” –Agencies may subscribe to the website by entering an email address –As new information is added agencies will be notified by email

Access Online Cardholder statements and Corporate Account Summary (Invoice) are available for download day after cycle date All program management reports are available for download Agencies may have US Bank “turn off” paper report sent via US Mail All account maintenance will be done online; no paper forms

Access Online Training Link to U.S. Bank Access Online training schedule from the CAL-Card website, click on “Training Information” US Bank provides three training methods for Access Online functionality: –Web based training (wbt) –Web conference training –“Hands On” Computer lab

Annual Consolidated Report Due Date August 1, 2007 Due date for the annual consolidated report. The report must include the following: – Cover Letter – STD 810 DVBE & SB/MB Report – Improvement Plans if necessary – STD 810 Supplemental Report – Consulting Services Report – Ethnicity, Race and Gender (ERG) Report Deadline to submit report may be extended only with written approval from Lorna Brisco Incomplete reports or reports that contain errors will be returned to the department. August 6, 2007 Written notices will be sent to the Executive Office for all entities that did not meet the deadline. August 31, 2007 is the absolute final date for departments to submit reports or corrections/changes. Reports submitted after this date will be listed as “submitted too late” to be included in the annual report.
