11. This and These  This and These are demonstrative adjectives that point to nearby people or things.  This glass next to me is empty.  These lenses magnify objects.

12. That and Those  That and Those are demonstrative adjectives that point out people and things far away.  Pick up that box over there.  We can use those mirrors by the window.

13. Use This and That with singular nouns.  This picture is crystal clear.  That mirror is broken.

14. Use These and Those with objects that are plural.  These pictures are perfect for my album.  Those mirrors will go perfectly in my hallway.

15. Possessive Adjectives  Adjectives DESCRIBE nouns, correct?  Well, they can also show possession.
